• Our sole interest is the long term wealth success of our clients – whether the issue is financing expansion, initiating and structuring strategic alliances and mergers, or the seminal decision to sell their company or strategic shareholding - or not to sell.
• We advise our clients objectively and independently of the size and probability of a potential transaction. We may simply advise against a transaction if the time and the circumstances are not right.
• When we advise clients in the structuring of a corporate finance transaction we also take into account the clients’ potential to optimize intergeneration wealth transfer.

A successfully completed transaction is frequently the start of a long term professional relationship with the client, not the end point. 

Our key staff and board members have decades of experience in managing companies and advising on corporate finance transactions, on the sell side an on the buy side.
