Viktor joined Euram Bank in January 2002 as Chief Executive Officer. He has direct responsibility for Strategy, Corporate Finance and IT. 

Prior to joining Euram Bank, Viktor was a Director of McKinsey & Company. He worked in Germany and Central Europe focusing on Banking and Financial Institutions. Viktor led the turnaround and privatisation of a Czech universal bank, a multi-year program of restructuring of the bank’s business lines and its assets; he also assisted the banking regulator in Slovakia in improving credit management and solvency in four large commercial banks.  During his 18 year career with McKinsey, Viktor set up, built and managed the Prague office of McKinsey of 35 consultants, 3 partners and 70 staff.

Viktor was educated in the University of Cologne, Germany and also received an MBA from the University of Chicago in 1983.  Viktor is fluent in German, English, Czech, Slovak, Portuguese and Spanish.

Manfred co-founded Euram Bank in 1999. He is a member of the Managing Board, Head of Asset Management and Treasury and responsible for Private Banking International. Prior to joining Euram Bank he worked with Vontobel Bank AG, Austria from 1996 to 1999 with responsibility for all trading activities and investment strategies of the group in Austria.     

From 1993 to 1996 Manfred served as senior fund manager for BAWAG-Invest for both bond and equity funds.         

Between 1990 and 1993 he traded derivatives and equities for Schoeller & Co Bank AG, and from 1985 to 1990 he held various positions with Zentralsparkasse Vienna.

Hans-Jürgen joined Euram Bank in September 2002 and is responsible for marketing Euram’s alternative investment and asset management products to institutional investors in continental Europe and for Private Banking CEE.

Prior to joining Euram Bank Hans-Jürgen was Executive Vice President at Quadriga Asset Management, an Austrian CTA hedge fund manager, where he was in charge of Institutional Sales and Structured Products. At Quadriga he was also responsible for the company's expansion to Germany and Switzerland.

From 1994 to 2000 Hans-Jürgen was Global Head of Institutional Sales for equities and derivatives at Erste Bank AG in Vienna. In this position he was running the bank's institutional sales desks in Vienna, London, New York and the CEE region. Furthermore he was Member of the Managing Board at Erste Bank Artesia Securities Inc. in New York and Erste Bank Investment Hungary Ltd., additionally he was Head of the Supervisory Board at Erste Bank Fund Management Hungary Ltd.

Before joining Erste Bank AG Hans-Jürgen worked in the institutional sales departments for fixed income products and equities at Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG and Creditanstalt Bankverein in Vienna.

Johannes is Euram Bank's Chief Financial Officer, with direct responsibility for accounting & controlling, regulatory reporting and risk management.

Johannes joined Euram Bank in June 2000 as head of accounting & controlling, risk manager and compliance officer. His comprehensive responsibilities included the selection and implementation of the main banking system in Vienna and Dubai, the set-up and implementation of Euram's risk manual and compliance standards and associated monitoring, reporting and training processes.

Johannes has gained over 20 years of profound experience in all core banking sectors, including payments, securities settlement, trade finance and treasury.

His prior engagements include Raiffeisen Zentralbank, Vienna, Westdeutsche Landesbank, Vienna, and Standard Chartered Bank, Vienna.
